1. General Overview and Applicability
betzil is an online betting and gaming platform operated for sports enthusiasts in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the betzil website (betzil.lat) and all its services.
These Terms form a legal agreement between betzil and the user. Registering an account, logging in, or using the platform in any way constitutes acceptance of this agreement. The Terms may be updated periodically and will take effect as soon as the updated version is published.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
To open an account and use betzil, the following eligibility requirements must be met:
- The applicant must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
- Users must register using their own accurate and genuine identification.
- A person may operate only one account.
- Users from regions where online betting is prohibited under local law may not open or use an account.
3. Account Registration and Security
When creating an account on betzil, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registering with false information is strictly prohibited and such accounts may be closed at any time.
3.1 Login Credential Security
Users must keep their login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party. Any misuse of login credentials or unauthorized access must be reported to our support team promptly.
3.2 Account Verification
To ensure security and prevent fraud, betzil may conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or other identity documents.
3.3 Account Closure
Users may request to close their account at any time via live chat or email. Similarly, betzil reserves the right to close an account in cases of terms violations.
4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on betzil are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. Deposits below this amount are not possible.
4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum amount for each withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (matching is mandatory).
- Withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirements of any bonus have been met.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
- betzil may conduct additional verification for suspicious transactions.
5. Bonus and Promotion Terms
betzil offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions that must be read before acceptance.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳26,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Usage Conditions
- Each user may take advantage of each promotion only once.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be cancelled and action may be taken against the relevant account.
- betzil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
- Winnings earned with bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
6. Betting Rules and Fair Play
betzil follows a fair play policy. Ensuring transparency across all games and betting activities is our commitment.
6.1 Permitted Betting Activities
betzil offers betting on cricket, football, badminton, kabaddi, and other sports, as well as casino games (slots, live casino, fishing games, and more). Each game category is subject to its own rules.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to fix or influence the outcome of a match or game.
- Using bots or automated software to place bets.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Using funds in fraudulent or criminal activities.
- Attempting to profit by exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
6.3 Erroneous Results
If a game or bet result shows an abnormality due to a technical error, betzil reserves the right to void that result and refund the stake.
7. VIP Program and Rewards
betzil operates a three-tier VIP program for regular users:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.
Users can gradually advance to higher tiers based on their regular activity and participation on the platform. VIP benefits apply only to active accounts that comply with the terms and conditions.
betzil reserves the right to modify the VIP program structure at any time. Users will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
8. Responsible Gaming
betzil places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is for entertainment — never as a solution to financial problems.
8.1 Self-Exclusion
If a user feels their gaming habits are getting out of control, they may apply for temporary or long-term self-exclusion through our support team.
8.2 Setting Deposit Limits

8.3 Protection of Minors

- betzil will not be held liable for losses on active bets caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
- betzil is not responsible for any losses arising from issues with the user's own device or network.
- Funds lost in bets are not refundable by betzil unless clear evidence of a technical error is found.
11. Changes to Terms
betzil reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform.
Updated terms will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
12. Dispute Resolution

Failure by betzil to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right.
